I ordered the homeowner kit and although installation was a bit tough, I did have all the necessary tools to be able to install the mesh on my own. A couple youtube videos, safety checks, and a few hours later I had evicted all of the pigeons! Material is very High quality and there is no way those pigeons are getting back under there!
