Shipping policy

 

Please make sure all the information you supply is correct. Any cancellations after orders are processed are subject to restocking charges.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. This does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods: We offer FREE Shipping on all of our products. When Shipped by UPS or USPS Economy, please allow 5-7 business days after shipment for delivery. Ground (3-5 Days) & Air delivery (1-2 Days) are available upon request.

If ordering in bulk 15 or more rolls per order, UPS and USPS may not be able to ship due to order being too large or too heavy. Solar Express Mesh will ship by other carrier (Arranged by SEM or customer). Oversize and/or heavy items require additional shipping and handling fees and may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are FREE for all products except for bulk orders. If an order is more than 15 units, please contact us directly at (909)452-2259 or info@solarexpresscleaning.com. This way we can arrange a discounted price as well as freight charges.

Domestic Shipping USA:

  • Standard shipping delivery will be 5-8 days
  • Expedited shipping available upon request
  • Freight shipping available on all orders over 15 units.

International Shipping: We do NOT offer International Shipping

Taxes: Federal, State or City tax is not included in the item/unit price. State tax is collected for California Only.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order through the "Track Order" section on our website.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or other logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on the destination State. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that cannot be shipped to the specified destination.
